The first file is the entire e-book. The other files are the appendices included in the e-book but are broken out for your convenience.

The first appendices file is a view-friendly copy of the appendices if you want to refer to it while you read along with the book.

The second copy of the appendices is a printer-friendly copy. Some of the pages are in landscape and best viewed that way, but it does not print correctly. The pages in this file are all in portrait format so it will print correctly
